General conditions

Making reservations at and paying Le Pinatou goes as follows You can make a reservation by using the online reservation form, by sending an email, or by phone. As soon as possible, you will receive a message from us stating whether or not the desired dates of your reservation are still free, and if so, those dates will be reserved for you. Once your desired dates have been confirmed by us, you will have to pay 25% of the total sum, within a week. As soon as we have received this payment, your reservation is confirmed and turned into a defintive booking. The other 75% of the amount due, will have to be paid at last 4 weeks before the actual reserved period. If, for whatever reason, the first payment or any other payments, are not transfered into our account, your reservation will be canceled automatically, but a certain amount will be held by us. Please take a look at the restitution policy.

You will have to pay a guarantee of 100 euro, together with the remaining 75% of the total sum.

Upon departure, the appartment will be thoroughly checked and inspected. If all is well, your guarantee will be transfered by bank to your account within a week.

Apart from the high season, your arrival and departure date is free and up to you. Within the high season however, arrival will take place on Saturday after 15.00 h, and departure will take place on Saturday before 11.00 h. The minimum number of nights for your reservation within the high season is 7 (seven), otherwise 2 (two).

If, for whatever reason, you decide to cancel your reservation, Le Pinatou will restitute by means of the below table: if your your reservation or booking is canceled > 8 weeks before the date of arrival: restitution rate is 75%
if your your reservation or booking is canceled between 8 and 4 weeks before the date of arrival: restitution rate is 50%
if your your reservation or booking is canceled between 4 and 2 weeks before the date of arrival: restitution rate is 10%
if your your reservation or booking is canceled between 2 and 0 weeks before the date of arrival: no restitution

Smoking in the appartment (holiday home) Le Pinatou is not allowed..

Due to allergies we cannot accept any animals or pets.

Le Pinatou provides a free internet connection

Keep in mind though, that in France, there is a very strict law regarding up- and downloading. If, for whatever reason, this law is violated against, the internet connection will be cut off for at least one year. That’s why it is strictly forbidden to upload or download illegal data (for example movies or music), as well as uploading or downloading large amounts of (legal or illegal) data. If you do not meet this condition, that is, if you do download or upload large amounts of data, whether legal or illegal, than we will have to cancel your stay immediately, without any kind of restitution.

Since Le Pinatou tries to be environmental friendly, only ecological cleaning products are used. Please only use the environmental products provided by Le Pinatou, for example to do the dishes.

Upon departure, you are supposed to leave the appartment in a clean and proper state. The final cleaning will be performed by Le Pinatou and is not included in the price. However, you have to do the dishes by yourself.
